• Valid government-issued photo ID required
• Must not be on any gaming exclusion lists
• Must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Reservations and Cancellations

• Valid credit card required for reservations
• 48-hour cancellation notice required
• No-shows will be charged one night's room rate
• Early departure fee may apply

Gaming Rules

• All gaming activities subject to state gaming regulations
• House reserves the right to refuse service
• Surveillance systems in operation throughout gaming areas
• Cheating will result in immediate ejection and possible prosecution

Payment Terms

• All rates in USD
• Resort fees charged separately
• Credit card pre-authorization required at check-in
• Additional charges for incidentals

Property Rules

• No smoking except in designated areas
• No weapons allowed on premises
• Proper attire required
• Right to refuse entry reserved

Liability

Palmithra Casino Hotel is not liable for:

• Personal injury due to guest negligence
• Loss or theft of personal property
• Vehicle damage in parking areas
• Service interruptions beyond our control

All trademarks, logos, and content are property of Palmithra Casino Hotel. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to our casino hotel.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and marked with the date of last update.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada, United States.
