Cancellation Policy

Reservation Cancellation

You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.

Event Bookings

For private events and banquet bookings, a non-refundable deposit is required. Full refunds may be available for cancellations made 14 days in advance.

No-Shows

No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation and any associated services booked in advance.

Group Bookings

Group booking cancellations are subject to terms outlined in the group contract. Please refer to your agreement or contact our events team.

Refunds
